We are looking for a Systems Control Analyst for an important project in the energy field.



Responsibilities: Ensures design and the quality of engineering designs and deliverables submitted to the project. Meets the project requirements for quality, maintainability, availability, reliability, cost and operability within the established project schedule deadlines. Establishes ongoing process for reviewing contractors and subcontractors progress and performance and determines accuracy of reporting and forecasting processes.

Bachelor degree required in Engineering or related business field or demonstrable equivalent and 10 years experience in construction management, cost engineering, planning and scheduling, and field project controls functions.

Ideal applicants should be fluent in Spanish

and English, with a strong background in managing engineering and construction activities for large complex multi discipline projects with ability to travel and be away for extended periods of time in Spain and the United States. Be able to demonstrate commercial skills based on successful negotiations of Engineering and Construction contracts in Spain and the United States.

Experience in construction management, planning and scheduling, and field project controls functions.





Other Requirements: Proven experience working in Spain in the Engineering and Construction fields and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
