Multinational sector Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

Reporting to the General Manager the candidate will be responsible for:



- Advising on commercial law, including contracts an commercial issues.

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating general commercial contracts.

- Advising the biussines on product regulation., including reviewing developments and legislation on relevant legal and regulatory matters.

- Advising on packaging and marketing activities.

- Taking on corporate secretarial duties, and advising on other areas of law as necessary, incluiding competition, consumer protection, etc.

- Building and maintainig strong working relationships within the iberian bussines, and understanding bussines needs and strategic plans.

- Working collaboratively with the Regional Counsel to develop trainig programmes, precedents, guidance notes and updates for commercial management and other employees.

Law degree and have between 7 and 10 years of experience in a Law firm and as an in-house lawyer in a multinational.



Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.



Experience in regulated industry would be desirable.



Ability to interact confidenly with seniors members of the organization, prioritise work and meet dadlines, to solve problems and find solutions.



Dynamic, proactive and flexible, ability to understand the bussines and to deliver advice and communicate complex legal issues to the bussines in clear and logical manner, adapting style to suit audience.



The role will involve travel within Iberia, and may involve travel to other parts of Europe.
